Grief lives in the body.

So we begin with the body.

EFT tapping allows us to be with grief through gentle rhythmic touch, and by quietly naming what is true. The nervous system calms. The body begins to learn that the loss can be held.

Tapping Into Grief offers a compassionate approach to being with grief and all that arises from it. Through EFT tapping, you will find support for processing difficult feelings and explore new possibilities within the space grief offers.

About Me

After the sudden loss of my husband, I turned to EFT tapping to cope with my grief. For two years, I attended both individual and group tapping sessions. This experience led me to train as an EFT practitioner. Now certified and accredited by EFT International, I dedicate my practice to supporting others experiencing grief.

In addition to her EFT accreditation, Judith Lysaker holds a Ph.D in Language Education.
